Acceptance and service
By using CatalogMate, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. CatalogMate is a product-management, catalog-sharing, customer-management, and campaign-preparation platform.
CatalogMate is not a marketplace, payment processor, shipping provider, inventory or accounting ERP, Meta, or WhatsApp.
Account responsibility
- Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
- Remain responsible for activity under your account.
- Use CatalogMate for authorized business purposes.
Seller content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You give CatalogMate permission to host and process that content only as needed to provide the service. You must have the rights needed to upload, use, and share your content.
Prohibited content and use
Do not use CatalogMate for illegal goods or services, counterfeit or infringing content, deceptive products, malware, harassment, unlawful personal data, or content that violates applicable platform or provider policies.
Customer data and consent
You are responsible for lawful collection, accurate contact information, permission for WhatsApp communications, honoring opt-outs, and keeping appropriate consent evidence. Do not purchase or scrape unlawful contact lists or mark consent as confirmed without evidence.
WhatsApp campaigns
WhatsApp features use the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Only approved templates may be sendable. Meta controls template approval, message delivery, quality restrictions, and pricing.
CatalogMate cannot guarantee template approval or delivery. You must follow WhatsApp policies. Meta may change its rules or pricing, and campaign estimates are approximate. Actual charges may depend on delivered messages and applicable provider data.
Prepaid balance
Where enabled, an advance balance is service credit, not a bank account. Campaign estimates may reserve funds, then actual usage and CatalogMate markup are reconciled and unused reservations released. Approved financial entries use correction or reversal records. CatalogMate does not store sellers' payment-card information.
Plans, availability, and suspension
Features and limits depend on your plan. A trial can expire, and data that exceeds a downgraded plan's limits may remain stored but become restricted. Pricing may change with notice.
CatalogMate is a beta service. Interruptions may occur and integrations may change. Access may be restricted for security issues, unlawful use, spam, policy violations, unpaid applicable fees, or abuse affecting other sellers.
Liability, termination, and changes
CatalogMate is provided as a beta service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CatalogMate is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services, provider decisions, or a seller's own content or communications.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Some audit, financial, consent, or security records may be retained where required. We may update these Terms and will display the latest update date on this page.
